I am looking at a 1970 Chevlle Malibu. This car looks really nice for what i'm looking for, a daily driver. This car has a rebuilt 454 V-8 with 1,000 miles on it. it has a T400 auto transmission. it has a/c, power steering, and power brakes. The interior is completely new too. the guy wants $18,000, but i wanted to find something under $15,000. Take a look at the pics and see if the car is worth the money or if i should try to get a better deal?

That's not totally out of line. Especially if your looking at completing the clone.

All your really needing is the SS stripes, elimination of the sweep dash, grill and badging.

Add the cost of that up and then price an SS 454 clone.

That Blue would look nice with White stripes

was that green interior?? pretty sure chevy had a blue interior that would look great with that paint job, and if i were building or buying a 20k car i certainly would want a car that looked like it was factory and the blue/green combo just dont work for me, but dats just me squawking..
