Hey All, I have advanced so much in my hobby I haven't needed to bug you guys for a while. Anyway I backed the new Silverado (with trailer) into a boulder when camping this weekend graemlins/angry.gif IT has a small dent in the lower quarter that needs popped out and re painted.

My question is should I go to the trouble to remove the bed, so I don't have to cover the entire truck and worry about overspray or is the bed removal more trouble than it is worth? Thanks as always, Zach

I probably would not remove it for a small dent. I don't think it's much of a problems to remove the bed because lots of mechanics will remove the bed when replacing the in-tank fuel pump as opposed to dropping the tank. Still, for a small dent, it might be more trouble than it's worth. Time wise, it'll probably take just as long to paper and tape the cab as it will to remove the bed.
