I'm re-doing the interior and body on a 72 Malibu and I need somthing more than just a solid color on there so I want to put SS stripes on the Malibu hood and trunck but the SS stripes do not cordinare with the lines of the hood, what do you think? I also read that Malibus came with a stripe package, are those the same as the SS stripes or different? Thanks Brad

SS sripes don't look too bad on a flat hood. If you want I could email you a pic of the spare hood that came with my 70. It had been repainted and they put SS stripes on it. shihtzu@iland.net
