Alright i got my car in the body shop and they painted it sanded it and my car is suppoosed to be 128wa metalic blue and i was wondering does it look purple before they shoot it with clear coat and all that stuff hardner what ever when i saw a car with 128wa it looked kick ass and im hoping all in all it wont turn out Purple if ya know what i mean.

well my experience with that color is that it actually looks more purple with more coats of clear. When I did mine the clear went on real heavy and the more I color sanded it, the more it looked like the blue that I wanted.
this is before I wet sanded it, it looks a little bit darker blue now

As I said in my "Basics of Basics" to picking a color and buying your paint, SPRAY SOME OUT ON A SPARE PANEL, CLEAR IT AND SEE IF IT IS THE COLOR YOU WANT.
I am not yelling at you, other than this is VERY important. You could have a color code that you saw and the shop mixes it in another brand from what you saw and you will have two DIFFERENT colors!

i went and took a look yesterday and IT LOOKS FREAKIN AWSOME THAT PRETTY BLUE ill prolly get it back saturday and my new grill in if i get it by then and ill post pics
