I am selling my 67 3oo delux on chevelles.com for $500.So I had to pull my 1976 350 block 383 out of it.Well I go to put it in my 64 ss and the holes that are in the motor mount plates that are bolted to the frame dont match up with that motor mount holes that are on my block! the guy who I bought the 64 from had a small block in it.Also he left the exhaust manifolds and flowmasters in the car so I thought that it would bolt right up to my engine....wrong any ideas guys????

How far off are they? If it is just a little you may have to use a drift to pull them into alignment. The frame mounts should be right if it had a V-8 in it before, the most you should have to do is buy the 64 engine mount and thats only if they are different from the 67's.

Did you remove motor mount ,mount bracket and all from the frame of the 67? I think there is a difference in the frame mount brackets.
