Guys, I have 6 cans of tiger hair that was purchased several years ago from a parts store that went under. For $2 a can, I couldn't resist. What do you guys think of it? Is it good stuff? I know filler is bad BUT on a daily driver could I fill in wheel well lips without being afraid that they will do the bondo boogie and pop on me? I hear it sets up like concrete and you can bottom out on it. Anyway..anyone know if it's good stuff?

I've used it before on daily drivers and it gets harder than h*ll, but like anything else, the rust will come back through if you don't get it all out the first time. It's not a permanent fix, but it'll work for the short time.

Tiger Hair is good stuff. because of it's makeup is water proof. It's not a finish pastic but a good foundation for damaged/rust repair and over welded seams.
I have seen Gorilla, tiger and Kitty hair used in some amazing ways.

it is good stuff, but along with what is being said here, i would paint the rust with por-15 first then use the tiger hair. it will last years longer!

FYI: This was discussed here - http://www.chevelles.com/forum/Forum3/HTML/006454.html - a month or so ago. It was realized that Tiger Hair (and Kitty hair, etc) contain Talc as a major ingredient, which means they absorb water and should be covered with paint or epoxy primer or similar to keep water off them.
