What are the differences between the Edelbrock Preformer, Preformer EPS and Preformer RPM? I have stock 350 with double hump heads, Q-jet (650 or 750) and will be driving this car daily. Any advice on what would help me the most? I don't want to change any other parts, By the way I have a stock intake.

They're all preformed?

They are all designed for different rpm ranges. e.g. 1500-5500, or 2500-7000

Their website should have a good summary.

BBaker's right about the different RPM ranges, right also about the good descriptions on the Edelbrock web sight.

The EPS is specifically designed to work better with a spread bore carburetor, so you may want to put more consideration towards that one since you've got the Q-jet already.

I definitely want to stay with the Q-jet in the 1500-5500 rpm range. Anyone have a Q-jet/edelbrock intake setup on a daily driver? What is the difference b/w the perfomer and performer EPS, just the carb set up?

EPS manifold is a square flange ... not spread bore...

68KMENO You're right, I had it backwards.

Willigorilla, Both the will accept a square flange carb, but the EPS will not take aspreadbore. If you look at pictures of both, you'll see the difference.
