On a 1971 Chevelle, what's the difference between the non air conditioning and the air conditioning radiator core support?
What does it take for convert a non A/C support to work in an AC car?
Do I need to make the large opening bigger?
If I'm putting in an aftermarket alum. radiator would I open that up more anyway?
(I have an AFCO to put in).

As far as I know the differences is the a/c support has predrilled holes with nuts welded into the support for the a/c condenser, and the bottom of the support where the radiator fits may be larger to accept a four core radiator on big block cars. So if you know how to run a drill you shouldn't have any problems!
