Well, last night I fit my outer wheel house, trunk drop off, and quarter panel on the driver side. I used the half quarters for this car, and they don't seem to want to fit on the bottom, where they should meet the trunk drop off. There is also an open space between the outer wheel house and the trunk drop off, I would've thought they would meet up. This space is shaped like a half eclipse shape, about 2-3" tall and 1.5-2" wide. Do I need to fab a patch so this will be sealed? Since the wheel house and trunk drop off don't come together, this seems to be holding the quarter panel flange on the bottom from meeting with the bottom flange of the trunk drop off. If anyone has any insight, or better yet pictures, of how these are meant to fit together, I would love to be able to see how it works. Everything else seems to fit great, but I would think these should fit together a little better than they do. Maybe It will just take some fab work though. Anyway, thanks for any help guys!

Mine had a pretty good gap there as well, at least 1-1.5". I reshaped the outer wheelhouse in that area (bent it a little more) to fit better. When I was done shaping the gap was still about 1/2" or so. I simply pulled it in the rest of the way with clamps, and tacked it in. Looked A.O.K. when I was done.

I can get pictures of mine this afternoon after work. I have fresh unpainted panels so it might help.

Test fit your bumper and rear valance panel before you weld it all up.
