I stripped most of my car with chemical Stripper. Can I just wipe the parts down with cold water and a rag or do I need to soak them down with a hose to neutralize the stripper so It wont attack the paint later???

I hear stories of that stuff hiding in cracks and seams coming back later to ruin your nice new paint.. I'd at least wash it real good!
