Looking for help. Live in Novi Michigan, looking for referral to someone who has the facilities and expertise to apply POR 15 to the bottom of my car. I do not have the facilities or equipment. Any ideas?

Yeah, drive your car on the sidewalk with 1 side and crawl under it ;-)
Watch out for your face, once POR15 dries on your skin, it will only 'wear' off...

Facilities required: All you need is a garage and a few ramps or jack up the car and support with some jack stands.

Expertise required: Almost none. Prep the bottom of the car and as stated wear appropriate eye wear and gloves. Basically cover all skin where the POR-15 may and will fall on. Use a throw-away paint brush (1" or 2" whatever) and start slopping away.

POR-15 has a solvent that will remove it if it's still semi-wet, after that, as stated, it will wear off....

Next time I paint the under side with POr I am putting ramps under the front and rear wheels on one side of the car. That way it won't run straight back along the brush.

You could get a throw-away disposable hobby sray gun and don't let it run out. It will dry up and not be usable.

you can paint on por in any temperature, as long as it's not freezing. ive done it as low as 40*. por cures differnet then normal paint from what ive read. it used the moisture in the air to cure, or something to that effect. I have both sprayed, and brushed por and i recommend brush method. it's alot less messy.

Chassis Coat Black looks good. I did the firewall in it. Not sure you need it on the entire underside if your going to por-15 it, unless you just want it all the same shade of black. The por-15 on the underside (where you dont really see, but want it protected) seemed to look good enough for me.
