I'm doing a frame of on a 71 Chevelle and I want to put a Tremec 5 speed in it, but can't decide weather to go with Keisler or Classic Chevy. The car originally had an automatic. Any recomendations.

I did a search before I posted this. For some reason it didn't come up with anything. Since I posted this I did another search and found some interesting discussion. Thanks....

I have to say, everytime I read one of these posts, and it gets to the point where any of the people from Classic Chevy chimes in, I am always impressed with the way they do it. It is always a show of appreciation for the recommendations first, followed by either some helpful information about the product, or a non-pushy invitation to give them a call with any questions.

When compared with the one post I saw from Keisler, which seemed to just be a cut and paste from the website, I know who I would be calling if I was doing the swap (used an M20 prior to finding this site and hearing about the tko, plan to remedy that at some point).

I always appreciate people that know the product, are friendly and helpful, and above all else, are not pushy.
