Do they REALLY work? Are they worth the money?

I guess what I shoud ask, do they improve the inner tread wear problem on my front tires? If not any recommendations?

Post pics of your inner tire wear. There is nothing wrong with the front suspension that will cause irregular tire wear. I would guess badly worn parts and out of align wheels.

The tall ball joints will correct the poor geometry that leads to poor handling though.

Inside edge tire wear sound like a toe problem to me.

Definately post pictures of the tires if you can.

The stock suspension will badly wear the outside of the tires from hard cornering because of the positive camber gain... about the only thing that will wear the inside of a tire out badly is toe problems. Even excessive negative camber won't have much of an affect on inside edge wear (up to a point, anyways, I'm talking you may start having wear issues after about negative 2.5 degrees or more static)-- but out of adjustment toe will kill a tire faster than anything as you're scrubbing the tread off just going down the road.
