Is this something that came originally on your wagon. I've never seen it on a 1968 Chevelle wagon. The 70-72 Olds Vista Cruiser wagons definitely had that as an option. Maybe Buick/Pontiac ??

I don't think you'll ever find these sections of carpet today.
I would suggest that you find a competent upholstery shop and have them make what you want. It shouldn't be too difficult to cut pieces to size and cap the edges.
On the Olds wagon that I saw, I think they used some strips with screws to secure the gate carpet. You'll probably have to do similar for the bottom piece(s) and screws for the side pieces.

I just bought carpet by the yard from Year One. It was the same as the floor carpet just not moulded. I just cut it to size and laid it in the cargo area. Scott

Bring the carpet to a upholstery shop and have the edges banded for a finished look.
