Has anybody repopped em, or are they available NOS anywhere? I keep getting no's to both questions and can't find any of the ones that I guess were on my cars.

No and no. Your best choice is to use washers for shims. They are basically not visible anyway (yes, yes, I know, it would be nice to have the correct spacers).
