Where can I find or what vendor has the connectors for a wiring harness? Some of the connectors on my original have been cut off. I.E. I'm missing the brake valve connector, blower connector and connectors to the relay. Do I need the relay since I have a one wire alternator? I may not know what I'm talking about (?).

Not too many of thos original plugs are available new.

You know, you can usally pickup donor harness's for ~$20 at swap meets. The terminals inside the plugs you can easily replace. The plugs can usually be soaked in degreaser and cleaned up.

Might take 2 or 3 donor harness's to get the plugs you need. Replacing it wire-by-wire is slow, but way cheaper than a repop harness and easier than installing a universal harness.

The relay you mention is the horn relay and is a common power connection. The Voltge regulator (which you should not be using if you have an internally regulated alt.) can be removed. Check your wiring to see if they did the mod.

You can check American Autowire... they have some of these connector bodies.

First, yr of car would be helpful. I assume a 68 by your user name. If your are talking about the voltage regulator, no you don't need it with a one wire alternator, if you are talking about the horn relay, yes you do need it (in most cases) see pic
