I am spraying some urethane single stage and I got a couple of runs on the firewall and I was wondering if there was a way to easily remove these without totally sanding out and repainting.Thanks

Doing so would leave you with a spot that is very noticable because the metallics are NOT the same as the rest of paint. Unlike a baseclear paint job in a single stage the color is on the TOP of the paint surface. Baseclear you have the color underneath a clear coating. So sanding out a run in baseclear metallic color is fine because you are NOT sanding the excal color just the clear coating over it. | ||
