I'm rebuilding the front suspension of my 71 chevelle and am questioning something. I'm about ready to press the cross-shafts into the upper arms and forgot the bushing order! Is it just: bushing assemble, large washer, then the bolt? Or is there a washer i'm missing that goes in front of the bushing? Thank you for your time!

You have the order correct, the serrations in the bushing (if rubber) should dig into the cross shaft.

They are polygraphite, is it different? Thanks again!
