Anyone know if a attachment kit is available for 70-72 rear valance panels? All of the hardware for mine is missing.

I think I can find the pieces at the local hardware store, but I'm particularly interesting in locating the RUBBER BUMPERS that fit between the valance and bumper. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks, Scot
