It came to me in an unusual way. I bought an LS6 car, and the original owner gave me it thinking it was the one for the LS6 Chevelle. (He had other documents, so this wasn't a problem). He told me that it is what the dealer gave him when he bought the car new. He never looked at it, as the car never went in for warranty work.
