Hi, building a 350 sbc with a procharger and am having some trouble deciding on what cam to use...ive seen the bds site and they say to use a 110 l/c but then i hear so many others say 112-114...then the duration specs seem to be very big in relation to the intended rpm range such as in the comp catalog and BDS site....i personaly was considering using the comp nx284 nitrous cam for my street car at 10lbs boost. Anyone have experience with this type combo or have dyno'd different cam types for a centrificial blower?? Cam specs?? My car/combo is a 78 malibu, 3300lbs, 4.10 gear, 28" tire(275/60/15 nitto) th400 trans and a 3500+ stall, 9:1 compression. Thanks for any and all help!!

I ran the same cam in my BBC with a P600 blow-through, oval port heads, 9:1 compression and no intercooler I made close to 650 hp. I ran a cam with 110 LSA before and did not make as much boost and it came on slower, car ran 11.0s, with the nitrous cam I ran 10.60s and 129 mph. HTH
