On hot days my 350 sbc runs up to 210, which seems a little warm to me, but normally stays right around 200 throughout the year. Am planning on a stroked 408 with 450 hp and 530 lbft. Does this extra power mean extra heat, requiring an aluminum or big block radiator? Thanks guys

Added btu's of larger displacement's need more cooling ... so the answer would be yes if you want to stay cool .

do a search of the results of Alumitech radiators ... I think you will see good performance levels .
