Is there any current mfr/# that matches the '69, Paint Code 51, Dark Blue Metallic?

If you can find a shop that has a computerized mixing system they should be able to input the year 69 and code 51 to come up with a match for whatever paint they use. Did this with my bodyman to come up with a small amount of touch up paint for 69 Blue 71, his system has codes back to the 50's I believe. Obviously a little more difficult without the computer system. Good luck.
