Hey gang,
I hate to post this here because I know this isn't a parts forum but I am desparate.
On the 1969 Chevelle there is a stainless steel channel that runs up the A-pillar and then along the underside of the drip rail. This channel retains the wheather strip tht the glass butts up against.
I am in desparate need of the A-pillar piece on the drivers side. I have one but it has a dent in it (under the fold where you can't possible work it out http://www.chevelles.com/forum/mad.gif ) that looks like heck everytime the light hits is. Does anybody know where I can find one or does anybody have one they are willing to sell?
I will buff it out real nice as long as it doesn't have any dents, pits or deep scratches.
Please help...I need this piece to continue and if I don't find it I will surely be divorced in 6 months. My wife says I am driving her nuts by pacing around the house during the evenings instead of working out in the garage like I normally am.
Thanks,
Bill
