I've had my El Camino apart so long I forgot how the dome light harness is routed. You would think it goes down through the left rear roof pillar, but it has a "block off" panel inside there just above the belt line.I can't find it in the Fisher body manual either. Does anyone know how the wires are suppose to get from up above down to the ribbon connector at the rear floor?

I believe you are correct in where it goes. I took a look at mine but everything is hidden behind the sail panel. You might take a stiff wire and see if you can get past the block off. I don't remember there being on on mine. If you can't get it through, you might have to drill a hole just above the block of and run down the outside. After the interor is in you won't see it anyway.
