I check on my car while it was in the body shop only to have the guy tell me I had an oil leak. Well, I knew for a fact I had no leaks. I looked under the car and found a crack in my 8-quart dropped oil pan on the left front corner.
Of course the owner said it must have be that way when I brought it in, B.S. These guys don't give a flying F*** about customers car.

I'd love to post some solutions for you, but none of them are legal. That really bites. graemlins/angry.gif

I sympathize with you. I took my truck in for an oil change a while ago and when I got it back, it had a bad exhaust leak. Bastards hit the hoist with the muffler and cracked the exhaust manifold. Another one of those, " it was like that when you brought it in"

Not all body shop s are the same. My family owns a body shop and we take alot of pride in our work. If a customer is upset with something, we fix it. And if we accidently damage or break something, we fix it. Talk to the guy, most people have some sorta heart. If not, find another body guy.
