I have a section of trunk lip where the seal goes that is rusted and would like to replace it. Does anybody know if I can buy new replacement?

as far as i know it is not avaliable. goodmark claims to be tooling up for it, but who knows how long that can take. find a donor. good luck installing it also.

Hey Brk65 - had the same problem - ended up cutting a chunk from a donor car and mig welding it in - also took a large piece of sheet metal from a nissan sentra's hood in case I need to fabric something diffrent....it's not to bad depending where it is......

Most any GM car of that area 64--70 have the same trunk weather strip deminsion. It's the radius and length that different. if you have access to a sheet metal brake you can ROLL your own with out to much trouble.

Thanks for the help guys. I found 2 junk chevelles in my area and the trunk lips on both were shot. I was hoping somebody was reproducing them. I may just cut the bad section out and take wayne's advise and see if I can find somebody with a brake and have them make one. This is the last of the body work the rest of the car is done. I am getting antsy.

You can pick up a 18" brake for around $30 and will probably use it on other car/home projects in the future.
