With all the research I've done I believe this car to be a REAL SS 4spd 396-

I called the guy and he is emailing me the cowl tag shots before this closes. He says the car needs new quarters (not sure how much those go for?) and possibly some outers (wheel tubs), but the floor and trunk is solid! fenders/rockers he says also minor rust. Car was driven/registered just this past summer. NOM/tranny, but correct 12bolt.

Worth the $13-$14k? I would imagine putting $15k minimum into it, but with the Canadian cowl (you can get documentation) it's an original as far as I can see.

What do you think?

If it's Canadian built, you can write to GM Canada and for a small fee ($35, I think), they will tell you what the car had when it left the factory.

exactly. I knew that, but do you think the car is worth $13k-$14k is what I meant. It IS original 396/SS as far as I can tell so far, which is great.
