Sure if you want to paint your lawn furniture or a wheel barrow, but for a car :(

Think about this most paint jobs just for the PAINT MATERIALS no labor no nothing but just paint costs around 1000 bucks. And there its 39.99

I wouldnt put it on my car, personally. But I have a old beat up ford truck i use to pick up and deliver lawnmowers ad stuff,I already got the paint for it though but i would have used it on it i'd say.And I dont know if id go as far to say that most paintjobs the paint alone cost 1000.00 or not, there is some paint jobs that the paint costs that, but my paint is going to be around 400.00 for paint, reducer, hardener, clear.Everybody in town where i live spends abound 2-500.00 on paint depending on clearcoat, and suche. But I dont know in other parts of the us people might pay that for paint,I know a house of kolors paint job cost that and even more.Thats just my opinion.

I'm in the middle of building a 58 Impala for nice cruiser, not show. I'm using mostly Dupont Chromabase and I'm already over the $1000. mark with at least another couple of hundred to go. If I were to step up to the ChromaPremier line, it would be even more expensive.

Quality, name-brand paint products can't be bought for $39.95 per kit.
