Everyone needs to keep their eyes peeled for scams on Ebay. I was just looking on Ebay motors and there were several 69 Camaro auctions that looked way to good to be true. So I read their entire description and things just don't seem right. I've notified ebay. Here are some of the auctions so everyone can see what I'm talking about: 4610011963, 4610007068, 4609995911, 4610015492
Ok, I have just looked at Ebay again and they have just taken these off. Long story short, these were cars that could of sold at the very least for $50,000 and probably a lot more, but they had Buy it Now prices for $6,000 or $5,500. But they told you not to bid until you emailed the seller first. They also told you not to contact them through ebay and to use their yahoo, msn, hotmail, etc... addresses, which they posted on the auction. All of this was very obvious that something was up.
Anyway, don't bid on any of these type of auctions or contact them at those email addresses they provided either. I also found another 69 Hugger Orange Camaro that someone else already identified as being a fraud. Anyway, just thought I'd let everyone know before one of us got ripped off or ended up getting screwed from some virus infected email that we receive from these punks. By the way, I didn't notice any Chevelle auctions like this.
Be safe,
Craig
