The left rear quarter panel on my 67SS has a slight buckle in from the body being pulled down during transportation. I can pull the buckle out with a suction cup but the metal just "oil cans" back in if you touch it. Obviously the metal is stretched. How can I shrink the metal back without causing more damage. Also I don't have good access to the back side of the buckle. Any idea's would be great. Thanks M22

Hold on here M22, you may not need to shrink at all. Does this "buckle" have any brows or high spots around it? Good access and NO access is two different things. If you can get a small pry bar into the low spot, you can GENTLY apply pressure while you GENTLY tap down on the brows that usually accompany a oil canning dent.
A dent has to be pretty bad to stretched, if it pops out with a suction, it doesn't sound like it is.
If you have a photo to post or can give an EXACT description of the "buckle" it may help to figure this out, so the repair is a painless as possible.
Remember metal has a memory, you just need to help it remember.
