There are 3 holes already in the housing when you get it. My question is do these have to line up perfect with the ones in the inner housing are just close? Because when I line them up perfect it pulls the top away from the the roof support channel in the center of the housing. Thanks for any info. Lloyd.

Forget about the hole's. They really don't mean anything, just line them up where they fit the best.
