Hello Everyone,
Since I just bought this car in Dec. I am still in the process of learning about the car. I was recently running the car and I noticed that once it warms up and runs for a while that I have moisture comming from both tail pipes. It doesn't feel or smell like anti freeze? Also I recently chanced the oil and there was no indication of coolant in the old oil and I changed the thermostat and there was no indication of oil in the old coolant. Any ideas?
Tnx in Advance.

Just normal condensation.
You have probably started it more than you drove it :)
If you drive it,you don't get much condensation as opposed to just starting it.
Don't over think it,you have nothing to worry about :)

Is it a large amount of water or just drips?
Some moisture is normal

Water is a by product of incomplete and complete combustion.... Bout the only thing I learned in chemistry lol. So your fine, all cars do it

With the exhaust smelling like antifreeze it can be normal but could also be head gasket or cracked head or something similar. How is the coolant level? If it stays full normal if your haveing to add coolant periodically there's a problem somewhere. Pete

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for the feedback. The last time it happened I was driving it. It started after I was parked and the car was idleing? The water is not pouring out. If you hold your hand by the tail pipe it will be moist after 10 or 15 sec. I will keep an eye on it. The coolant level is normal with no signs of oil in it, and I just changed the oil with no signs of coolant in the old oil. Thanks again for all of the feedback.

It is completely normal. Also, if you have aluminized piping (aftermarket) it will tend to last longer because the pipes are designed to stay cool (prevent undercar heat, but, at the same time, restrict it from eliminating the condensation (in the pipes)

Oh, and, if it wasn't condensation, it would atleast smoke somewhat (atleast from every case i've seen.) Good Luck!
