Sean, sounds mint bud. Don't matter what all's been heard - YOU'RE GONNA LOVE IT. Good choice of gears BTW.

It's a nice motor, but even with 3.73 gears and a 2400-2800 stall in a 350 TH, it doesn't feel like 355HP. A manual trans will help. Maybe mine is overcarbed with a 3310, maybe I'm just used to BB power. It probably just needs some NOS.

Yes Sean, mine is driven 350 miles per week - it is warming up right now.
I have a 3.55 geared 10-bolt. B&M Holeshot converter TCI Streetfighter TH350, Edelbrock 600 #1406 carb.
Bill64EC has used both a 600 and 750 CFM and his GTech says the 750 is faster - they apparently used a Holley 750 for the GM dyno test.
The only gripe I have after almost 20,000 miles is that they didn't seal the intake manifold gasket well enough. It is leaking at the front edge. Other than that it runs like a top.
I ran a 14.11 @ 100 MPH the first and only time I've been to the track with it. That was with the tires spinning way too much on the launch. I think if I drove it correctly it would be an easy high 13 second car, maybe 13.5?
