I just bought a new set of body bushings for my 70 chevelle and they didnt come with any instructions as to where each one went. They are the rubber ones. Anyone have a diagram or can tell me where they go since they are different sizes. I took mine out along time ago and dont remember the locations.

Thanks
Andy

Andy, I am sending you a copy of the assembly manual instructions for body bushings but they are for a 69 frame i don't know if they are the same but when you look at the diagram it should show you if it is correct. Alan

69 should be the same as 70. Can't believe they send them out with no instructions since there are 4 different bushings.
The 2 behind the rear axle should be the same. I believe the one up front is the largest, that leaves the one in front of rear axle. That takes care of the ones the get bolted in. Then one under the door, no bolt, and possibly one above rear axle, if they gave you it. Some kits don't include that one. Next problem is bolts, make sure you don't use one that is too long or you can punch a hole thru the trunk or floor pan.

The kit I bought had them bagged and numbered with a diagrahm as to where they go, same for the bolts.
