Who is the best restoration/repoduction company that makes body parts for the 65. I noticed not very many available parts, ecspecially for the rear of the car (trunk lids, wheel wells, etc.)

Goodmark makes door skins and 1/4 panel skins.
outer wheel house for HT / Thats about it.
The inner floor /trunk panels also. They just anounced the under seat floor panel COMING SOON.

I like Muscle Factory in Anaheim Calif. Their number is 800/765-0317 or 714/635-2314. They have a very good selection of items and their prices are very reasonable. I have not been able to beat them on most items. Everything I have used from them fits and looks right. To be honest, I haven't looked for sheet metal just all the other bits and pieces. Give them a holler and get a catalog.

Try Harmons Restoration World...I justed finished with both floor pans..braces...trunk pan...braces...and lower quarters..they worked great...and the price was competitive
