well I got them uploaded at image shack now how do I get them here?

Click on the address line that appears below the picture that says hotlink to forum. When you click on it, right click and copy it. Then paste here in the boxes where you type. You should have Imageshack and this website both open with one minimized so you can just click on it and paste. Preview your message before you submit to make sure it worked. Good luck.
