On my 1970 EL Camino the passenger seat belt takes about 50 pulls before it will release, counted one time. I try it very slowly, very quickly, and even try sneaking up on it. When it releases I have no idea what I did right. Is there a way to adjust it? when I look at it I just don't get it. Drivers side works fine and looks exactly like the passenger one. Thanks
