Does anyone know if the nylon weatherstrip clips are available from GM?

If not, I'm sure you can get them from Ground Up or other parts supplier like soft seal.

Have you checked you local auto body supply store. I would look there first. I know that the auto body store that I mainly use have a very wide selection of clips for both brightwork and weatherstriping.
