I recently had an issue with my car. All the sudden it wouldnt start, i get a click, sometimes. which is wierd. I've charged the battery, tried jumping it, and nothing.
So heres my deal, im a college student, dont have much money, nor alot of time on my hands, and have work constantly.
A friend told me, that i could probably put a positive jumper on the battery terminal, connecting the other positive end to a metal piece near the starter solenoid.
This of course when the key would be turned as if it were in the on position. And the car should start up.
Is this dangerous, or work?
I just want something to manage the week til i get time to permanently fix the issue
