Reading into paint colors underhood I was wondering if anyone could tell me where to get gray pahosphate for the hinges? also anyone nknow what color of gray it is on the jack? thanks steel

The phosphate is a special industrial coating, you can't get it out of a can. Get in your yellow pages under coatings and you should find someone who can do it. You can cheat/save money buy glass beading them and then clearing them. It looks about the same. I don't know what color the grey the jack is but I shot mine primer grey and then cleared it.

eastwood.com sells paint that is suppose to match but I haven't tried it yet. I was planning on using it when I get around to redoing the spings/hinges.
