Reading UDHarold's comments about the high reading Westech dyno reminds me of a conversation with Racer Brown sometime in the 60's.
I had called several cam grinders for recommendations and prices. At that time, every cam maker claimed the his grind had the highest lift and the longest duration. Racer had a much more realistic, no BS approach to cam grinding. When I asked him why his recommendation was 20 degrees less than everyone else's, he replied, "We use larger degrees!"
