I am the proud owner of a 64 Chevell that had two factory installed options.

Upgraded Seat Belts and a Padded Dash

My question is what the difference between factory seat belts and upgraded seat belts? Any help would be appreciated.

The upgrade had a nicer buckle and I believe a retractor, of sorts.
