I got my new springs installed today the rear dropped down nice and I was really looking forward to seeing the front done. After I got them in it sits too high in the front. I tried taking it got a ride around the block a few times but nothing settled. Could I have messed up putting them in? I liked the stance I got with the old worn out springs better. Any ideas? I am thinking I might need to go with dropped spindles to get my good stance back

Ed,
Put some more miles on them. My hotchkis springs came down nicely after I had a weeks worth of daily driving on 'em.

Just a FYI, Ed...
I installed the set of Hotchkis lowering springs in my '67 Sedan.
Was pleased with the rear height also but after giving them about a month to settle down, still ended up cutting off a half of a coil to get the fronts down equal to the rears.
