What should I use to keep the metal strip stuck to the glass on a 69 quarter window? I am talking about where the front side window meets the rear side window. I was wondering if it needs to be a special type of glue or not.

I am having the same problem with mine, maybe someone has a good answer out there.

I just use black silicone. Just apply to the inside of the trim, install on window, hold with tape until dry. Use a razor blade to scrape excess away and your done. You will not be able to see the black silicone either.
