I patched in the lower half ot an inner fender replacement panel due to severe midwest rust.

I mig welded it, blew tons of holes, fixed, and grinded, and then sanded.

Where do I go from here?

Well it looks like you all you need is just a tad of filler to smooth out the seem.
Sand the filler down with 180 prime and paint.

Those pics don't show very well. You'll get a few different opinions on where to go from here but if I were doing it, use a 3M kleen and strip disc to remove any discolored metal from the weld area, be sure the welds are ground down, feather the paint back with a sander or by hand. Apply two coats of good epoxy primer and allow it to fully cure. Scuff the epoxy with a red scotchbrite and finish the area off with Everglass then regular polyester fillers. Prime, sand, apply seam sealer where needed, and paint. Some will disagree on applying the epoxy primer first and also question it's need but it has proven to work well for me. Take the time to do it right the first time and you'll not need to do it again.
