I am looking at a 67 clone that is pretty nice. It has a 396, 4 speed 12 bolt posi, nice body,new interior,buckets ,good floors. The guy has lost interest in the project. Is it worth 14-16k?

It has a fresh 402, paint is than 3 years old, interior is new and no rust can be found on the car. Floor and trunk pans are good.It is really a nice car. Inspected and street legal.
