Guys (and Gals)
restoring my 69 chevelle to it's original parchment 791. Car's interior was black for some reason when I bought it. I think the headliner and pillar posts should remain black. How do I find out what's parchment and what's black for a correct restoration? 4 speed, console bucket seat car.
thanks,
Jim

My car is a factory parchment interior. Basically everything except the carpet and the console is parchment.

Pillar post and headliner are Parchment.....rear package shelf is black. Here's a link to the 69 brochure. It shows pillar posts and headliner. Ignore the right hand drive steering wheel. Someone reversed the negative. ;)

If its a convertible my car had black for the top of the header panel were the convertible top ataches to the upper windshield.
My 69 convertible has the bucket seats no console 4 speed and parchment color on the seats, door panels, arm rests, convertible rear boot, and thats it everything else was black.
