1969 - We can I get the plastic molding that holds the headliner on the sides. I was able to buy the front and rear but cannot find a vendor that sells the sides.
What is it called - windlace?

Yeah i had the same problem on my chevelle you can find the front & rear forsale but not the sides. Some company sells something similar to what you need which is called windlace but its alot thinner than the orginal and harder to get on. You best bet is ebay you might find one on there in the next couple of days.
