I can't see how this thing works! There are 2 bolts on each side going into the trunk, one under the valance on each side going thru a bracket and 2 by the license plate. I loosened them all and the bumper feels a little loose but won't slide up and down/in and out like the front one. Its down too far and out too far> Help!

Dave, you found all the bumper bolts. If the lower valance is still on the bumper MAKE sure you remove the bolts that bolt the valance to the quarters. They are found on the lower corners, kinda out of sight.
